I would give 5 stars specifically to the crew with Max, Anthony, and Mario - they were hard workers, very communicative, and really did great work. However the customer service and planning of ACA is lacking. The first crew we had come out (not the names mentioned above) were supposed to do an 8 hour clean-up of our yard (pulling weeds, trimming back overgrown perennials, etc.). They left a bunch of weeds and they ruined several perennials (i.e. taking a hedge trimmer to a rose bush instead of pruning it). Obviously dissatisfied, we contacted customer service who did apologize and give us 4 more hours of service (with the awesome crew mentioned above) which did clean up the yard nicely. The texts they send for when the crews are going to show up have very long ranges which is very hard to plan around, especially when the crews are consistently later than the window provided. I think overall this is a fine company to work with and we will definitely request Max’s crew again, but their management and customer service processes could use some polishing to help support their workers and customers better.

A cut above has let me and my HOA courtyard down. Before A Cut Above Landscape this courtyard had a very lush and green lawn.
