Been a loyal customer for 20 years now....(6/8/2004 was first visit)....and just finished another repair a couple of days ago which involved a leaking valve from a system I thought had been fully replaced. Dan or Tim (I think I just learned his name from other reviewers) is/are delightfully taciturn even when my wife tries to get him to smile. His well behaved dog is always along for an extra treat.
