He literally took our once boring, flat - dirt backyard and changed it into a PARADISE! Not only is Joe an extremely hard worker (yes, his job is grueling), but he’s very honest, creative and knowledgeable - an expert at what he does! His customer service is second to none. In our opinion, he borders on super-human! Not only was he consistently punctual, but he and his associate Jesus worked 7 days per week from the start of the job till the finish. More importantly he created a natural work of art that we are so happy with. We love the rocks and stones he chose and the vision he had to create this new look. I built a concrete pond 23 years ago and it needed a face lift. Arizona Aquascapes came it and made it look fantastic! They removed the old pond/waterfall and put in a new beautiful pondless waterfall. They blended everything together and made it look seamless from the old landscaping to the new waterfall. The owner, Joe, is very responsive. He had answered every phone call I made to him. It never went to voicemail. When I had a question and texted him, he responded very quickly. I am very happy with the results. The installer was also awesome and I appreciate the communication and they finished on time as promised. I would highly recommend this company.
