I had some material delivered to my house a few months ago and needed it moved to level out the area next to a stall and behind my wash rack. I called Dave, the owner, and he got me on his schedule, came by and was able to get it done quickly and easily. I have horses on my property so I appreciated that his equipment was quiet, and he was very respectful of my horse’s space, considering he had to work right up against my barn. If you’re a horse owner, you know how nice that is! I’m super thankful that this was able to get done, and it looks so much better now. I will definitely be calling them again for my next projects. They were strategic in adding proper drainage to our yard and did a wonderful job in leveling and adding pea gravel. They had great communication throughout. So happy with the job they did!

AZ Demo and Landscaping is awesome! David is the owner and personally handles each client, has a top-notch team that helps him, and they're all very conscientious. We've used other landscape companies and individuals before for previous hardscaping, irrigation, etc. and property needs and none come close. These guys get the job done quicker and WAY cheaper than any other quote we got... they actually charge a flat rate at honest prices with no insane markup for ZIP codes or trendy services. David and Jose by themselves moved 25 tons of travel over a 2,900 sq. ft. yard in under 5 hours, did it right the first time at 2" thick, and maintained the proper drainage on the property. David came a day early to scope out the property and take precise measurements to make sure the Bobcat would fit through our gate, then day-of showed up early and got to work. When they were finished, they cleaned up not just our property but the surrounding public road to make sure they left everything better than they found it. Would HIGHLY recommend these guys for any landscaping, irrigation, planting trees and yard design, demo or reno, etc. work and we will certainly be using them again in the future.

These guys are hands down the best! Right on time when they said they will be there, quick and very thorough with the work! Cleaned up super nice and even with the very specific things I need done they got it taken care of with ease, extremely reasonable rates especially considering their level of expertise and attention to detail!
