I eventually had to part ways because they were unable to provide a quote that excluded herbicides in the rock beds, where I grow food, even if they were to pad the margin for one of the other services that I did want with the lost herbicide margin in their quote.
As long as you are OK with their required list of bundled services, this company is great. I believe the weekly mowing requires weed control and fertilization, and they are quite firm about the bundling.
