Let me tell you - WE COULDNT be HAPPIER with our final product - Mark & his team were just fabulous!!!!. We were referred to complete ponds by another contractor and we stopped in to see Mark and he was just the nicest guy -- and I could tell he knew his fish & pond stuff !! I explained that I had a very novice pond and I wanted something that didn't take as much effort to clean and maintain... he instantly offered some options. We then set up an appointment for Mark to come to our house to see what options we had with the space -- he was honest and straightforward!! The process was easy -- Mark is not only professional and genuinely nice to work with but he also has attention to detail. He was super helpful with recommendations and helped us create a vision that worked for us and the area we wanted the pond & waterfall. We signed a contract and about 2 months later (right on schedule) we got an email that the crew would be out that following Week. My husband and I were there and met the crew -- talk about a fun, knowledgeable crew - they were GREAT! Their attention to detail, respect for our home and overall knowledge was spot on! They started on time daily, cleaned up every day and clearly knew their craft! They answered all our questions and walked us through what we need to do to maintain. Ultimately, we went from a small pond to an aquatic oasis water feature that is not only gorgeous but the fish won the lottery and the sounds are just serene. Correy answers all my questions about how to keep my water clean, how to avoid algae, what to do when strange things happen, and she knows the answer when I say, “Do you have that chlorine negator stuff?” They offer service for building and installing ponds, repair, spring and fall cleaning and they do great work. They have a good supply of fish food, pond supplies, lights, and other do it yourself gear, plants , goldfish, and koi. They are knowledgeable enough to explain to me why I should use one food instead of another and they offer alternatives on how to keep my pond algae free without using an algicide. What would I do without them? Happy fish.
