Don't usually post reviews but these guys are awesome! 1 day turn around on a chainsaw repair right before a holiday weekend. Thanks to this place, we'll have enough firewood to toast our s'mores on our camping trip.

Very helpful accommodating people. My new Honda 2200i had a problem with the Bluetooth on the day I bought it. Chris helped me out by agreeing to just swap the defective unit for another one instead of having to wait for warranty service. Thank You.

I have no complaints on the 2 front desk guys they have always been good to me. It's that grumpy old man why this guys lost my buisness. He tried to charge me 2 hours to replace a part that would only take 5 minutes that's how long it took me to replace the throttle . And on top of that when I said I didnt want the repairs done they still charged me to take a part the chainsaw. I told the old guy bring me the chainsaw nd if it's taken a part I will not have no problem paying but the chainsaw had not even been touched nd still charged me 50 for he said eyeballing the chainsaw. I used to spend thousands at this place it sucks that it takes one guys to ruin everything.
