He came up with a plan that incorporated what I wanted and he provided guidance where I wasn't sure. In a difficult COVID year with shortages, staffing problems and loads of jobs, they also kept time on their and their subs' calendars for our project and started our job literally as the pool guys were leaving. They got everything done before we had some family visit for Labor Day. Denver Landscapes will be our first call for any future landscaping jobs. Can't recommend these guys enough.

We decided to go with Shane as he had great design ideas, was cognizant of balancing between our budget and our priorities, shared his expertise on what would work best given our situation, and was interested in building a lasting relationship with us. We had Shane complete a design and install / implement the following items: – Re-grading the yard – Extending downspouts underground and installing a French drain – Irrigation system installation – Turf, mulch/rocks and a Flagstone walkway Although our yard was a relatively small project for Shane’s company, he was able to fit us in almost as soon as we decided to go forward with the plan and still exceeded our expectations in terms of the attention we received throughout. Vince, the foreman, and his crew showed up on time every morning, were friendly and professional, and did great work! Vince explained everything with the irrigation system to us as this was the first time we had an irrigation system. He also brought to light any issues that could arise from our 100+ year old house (i.e. old water lines/pipes, low pressure/water flow to the irrigation system, etc) and him and Shane came up with viable solutions for every issue that arose. Both Vince and Shane were open to minor changes that we wanted while the crew was already working at the house and outlined the pros/cons of these changes, and ultimately supported what we wanted for our house. The project was completed in approx. one week and Vince returned a couple days later to change out the irrigation heads as Shane came up with a better layout given our low water pressure/flow issues. Shane and Renee followed up with us after the project was completed to ensure we were happy and understood everything with our irrigation and drainage systems. We absolutely love our new yard and will definitely use Shane and Denver Landscaping for our future projects. We would highly recommend this company for any of your landscaping needs!
