Our landscape architect, Brian Breed, arrived at our first meeting incredibly well-prepared, offering insights into stock tank pools and instantly grasping our vision. His hand-drawn design for the space was not only beautiful but also absolutely perfect, and he provided excellent recommendations for the surrounding area. Brian remained engaged throughout the entire process, readily available to answer questions, check on progress, and resolve any minor issues. The demolition and installation crew was exceptional—courteous, tidy, and considerate of our neighbors. They kept the site clean daily and moved their trucks quickly to avoid any inconvenience. We contracted with Designscapes last summer for a total renovation of our small front courtyard. Holly delivered a design that was exactly what we asked for plus her own touches. The demo team led by Carlos was fantastic-timely, courteous and so respectful of our space whether parking, working, lunching or simply adjusting materials. The hardscape is amazing and done by true masons. The lighting team Drew, Miguel Florencio, Hugo and Pedro and Jose implemented a great plan in our small space and demonstrated the same professionalism and care for our project. Lastly, the plantings. Every plant that came was healthy and 6 weeks later all has doubled in size and is blooming. The trees are happy and perfectly placed. The sprinklers are doing what they are supposed to. The lighting has been adjusted appropriately and we could not be happier. Designscapes and their teams are fantastic people and professionals.
