They worked meticulously with great craftsmanship. Earthscape properly ensures that the base/foundations are properly laid down to ensure that the hardscape can last a long time (and slow down/minimize settling). With natural products, there's inherently variation in colour and patterning -- they took that into consideration to ensure that the layout of the product was well blended and visually pleasing. We observed and really liked their "measure twice, cut once" approach. While working on our driveway, they noticed that the pavers were from different batches that had noticeable colour variations and they proactively worked to correct that with their landscaping material supplier.
There were a few minor touch ups that we flagged the following summer and they were addressed promptly.
We were exceptionally pleased with the final product and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Earthscape to others that are looking to landscape their property and would hire Earthscape again for our future landscaping projects.
