From the initial call, outreach and coordination with Julissa to the work onsite with James, whom I'm grateful was present - two factors I appreciate (someone at the office and another on site). They checked in mid job to make sure I was happy with the leveling, alignment and height before gluing together. Seriously, very happy with the diligence and professionalism of the team and their ability to get the project (while small) put together as expected. 10/10
