What started out as staining my retaining wall turned into taking care of everything I had been letting accumulate for the last seven years, as I hadn’t been able to find a reliable, reasonably priced handyman or construction company. From the estimate process with Christine who is like a human Google of experience and knowledge, to working with the team who are detail-oriented and know how to do basically everything with have an over-the-top work ethic, I could not be more grateful to have found this amazing Boulder resource. I had a huge Wildfire Partners recertification list and the team took care of it all. They removed wooden fencing, installed metal ones; removed a wood patio and put down concrete; stained a retaining wall; and in-between took care of every other thing that needed fixing (loose patio boards, leaking gutters and roof vents, a broken cabinet & shelving etc.) Their work is impeccable and the team is incredibly efficient. They are a hidden Boulder gem and I can’t recommend highly enough.

I wanted to share photos of the deck in question in the single bad review that Greater Boulder has received. The deck was installed according to the manufacturer instructions. The clips for the product the customer bought are very specific on how the boards are supposed to be clipped to the joists. The deck boards only can be installed one way with the clips provided. They are not upside down. Also, the deck looks good. The photos in the review are zoomed in, in very specific spots. It is my understanding that Christine has offered to fix any perceived issues within reason, and the customer will not allow it. Any reasonable cosmetic issues could be fixed, but the homeowner will not allow it. I do not know, but it seems to me that it could be possible that they are trying anything to keep from having to pay for the work done on their property. Any screw holes could be plugged with a kit provided by the manufacturer.
