When he noticed our garden box didn't have good coverage he installed an extension free of charge. If I had one offer for improvement the communication can sometimes be a little sparse. We had to reschedule our first appointment but this was only after reaching out when no one had shown for 40 mins. If a rep is running late it would be great to receive proactive communication. That said, we rescheduled no issue and as noted above the on-site service is terrific.
