He explained everything he had to do and not once did he talk down to me. I ended up leaving for a trip I had planned but he sent me pics of how things were going. The work was scheduled quickly and his team arrived on time. The tree was removed and the branches and saw dust completely cleaned up. Other than the missing tree you could barely tell they had even been there.
He actually cut a cross into the stump that permitted me to burn it so that I could cover it with soil and put some seed down. He had an old chain on his saw at the time so he wasn’t too worried about hitting a stone and dulling the chain. Anyway he did a great job and was very accommodating.
