Denver's Lawn Care Made Simple

I would not recommend to anyone to use this service. The pro I was assigned with was really nice but the company and their support team is a joke. They constantly talk over you, do not answer your questions and are just simply not helpful. I had three mowings completed (the minimum) and they would not let me cancel. They said only two were recorded even though I have a message in their app from the pro (that they can see) and camera evidence proving they completed three services.

Thiefs and liars. Requested an aeration and overseed in May, to be delivered within 3 weeks. Allegedly they sent an operative in August 26 - with no proof of attendance and no pre-notice of arrival by any of the selected contact methods (phone, email, push). Service never delivered. Called customer service - offered some halfass excuses "oh this provider doesn't notify in advance" and a 50% refund which would have still left me over $100 out of pocket for a service never delivered. Absolute scam artists. Avoid like the plague.

It is baffling to me that they would treat customers like this. We have a dog that we regularly let into the backyard and if the fence was opened without us knowing, our dog could have ran out or hurt someone thinking an intruder was coming into the yard. Dogs get put down for worst case scenarios such as the one mentioned. I can’t imagine losing our baby as a result of this kind of negligence. If she ran out, she could have easily been hit by a car. To do this and then charge us for it is absolutely horrible. I’d hate for something like this to happen to someone else and things possibly go worse. I can’t even imagine.
