I've used Mile Hi for lawn aeration for years - never had an issue. Signed up for gutter cleaning and a man came to the house, hopped on the roof with a leaf blower and spent about 15 minutes blowing all the gunk from the gutters on to my patio, furniture, and walkways...then left. Didn't clean out downspouts. I called the company to report that I did not get the service that was advertised and did not want to pay the $170. They said they'd call back to discuss - never did. When I called again they said the best they could do was give me a $40 discount. I stated that was still a major bummer to be paying $130 for a service that I not only did not receive, but ended up being more work than had I just done it myself. They responded that they could not discount more as they "would have sent someone out to clean it up". Well, with a snowstorm approaching the next day and the gunk seeping into the patio furniture, I wasn't about to wait around for days to schedule that. My advice? Save yourself the money and just do it yourself.
