When I first reached out about my lawn - I was so embarrassed. We had let things over grow and did not take care or have any pride in our yard. Andrew and his team have done a phenomenal job turning things around for us. He took the time to listen to me and what I was looking for, he came up with a game plan and exceeded my expectations. I used Mile High Grass Cuts for regular lawn mowing for just over three seasons and it was very inconsistent. Most of my yard is now weeds, so I just needed anything overgrown to be trimmed down and maintained so that it didn't look too bad. I would consistently ask for anything overgrown to be trimmed down and I was always told I needed to pay an additional fee to have weeds sprayed. I did sometimes pay the additional fee to have the weeds sprayed but then I was left with dead, overgrown weeds in my yard that were quite the eyesore. This house is a rental now so there is no one there living in the house to properly pull up weeds or deal with the weeds. All I wanted was for them to consistently trim anything that was overgrown and I was told that this was too much for them to handle and given some excuse about damaging my siding, when most of the weeds were growing along a fence line and in spots away from my house. I would not recommend this company for weekly yard maintenance. I initially gave them 2 stars because they were at least communicative and responsive to my texts and always prompt with their service, but once the owner responded with a lie that I never paid extra for weed spraying treatment, which I did multiple times, I had to change to one-star. Their speediness often left areas untrimmed and left me disappointed nearly every time.

Andrew communicates well and ensures we know what the schedule is and what will be taken care of each visit. We get the minimal package and our lawn still looks beautiful. It’s awesome to get proactive, great customer service without paying more than what you get from a mow-and-go type service.
