I had my Zoom Design Consolation with Sean and knew right away that I had finally found the right folks. It was very informative and productive, Sean was great to work with. He is a great listener and thorough and the Zoom portion was a breeze. Look forward to the project.

This is a preliminary review as my project is not completed yet, but this far I have been mostly happy with the work Sean and his team have accomplished. Sean is always available and is typically easily to contact so you know what is going on. His team is tidy and respectful of my neighbors, neighborhood, and property (not all contractors are). Finally, the design process has been a lot of fun. Sean provides your dream proposal and then works with your budget to make sure you get the most bang for the buck you want to spend, although watch the prices of any add-ons you get. Everyone is extremely courteous and professional. Edit: project is finished. We did have a few snafus, but what huge project doesn't? The only major issue was a product that did not match anyone's expectations and Sean made it right. The entire Mountainscapers team does legitimately care about your happiness as a client so if customer service is important to you, you will get it here. The end result for me is beautiful. I've posted some before and after photos. I have so much more green space, plants, pollinators, and everything I was looking for!
