We have received many compliments from neighbours about the crew and finished project. In addition, we appreciated that Dave, Kalin and Tobin were always willing to patiently listen to and answer any questions we had throughout the process. MPS helped us build the garden of our dreams. We are over the moon with the final result and the pictures say it all. The MPS team is professional, caring, collaborative and have turned every design request that we made into a reality. The process from design to construction was pure joy for us. We knew that the crew is experienced starting with the initial sales and design consultation. We had never encountered a company that would offer 2D/3D rendering of the garden design prior to the start of construction for us until we met MPS. We were really impressed with the initial presentation of the design in a 3D rendered movie format. It was an important step that enabled us to imagine the many design possibilities. We thoroughly enjoyed the thereafter iterative design back and forth for a front yard and backyard design that was truly customized for us. For the checkered pattern patio that we requested for our backyard, MPS was able to source the stone pavers to satisfy what we desired. We were so glad that we went with this timeless and classic pattern. It brings us so much joy every time we look out the window seeing it. As for the front yard design, it is truly a head turning one. Since the construction finished, we have received so many compliments from our neighbours. We have seen a good few passerby paused in front our house to examine the design. The use of armour stones and river stones added texture and gave it an organic look. We really like how the new steps widen the entrance and make it look much more welcoming. For the porch overlay and driveway interlock, we are very impressed with the pattern laid at a 45 deg angle. It was such a wonderful design suggestion that added a bit of subtle sophistication. Attached to this post are photos of my front yard and backyard completed by MPS. I also addd a night photo of my front yard to illustrate how it looks after I added a few solar lights to accentuate the boxwood in the retaining wall planter. The purple flower is the Roxanne Cranesbill recommended by MPS. It's a stunning plant that continues to bloom in fall and has a bright violet colour. From the initial quote with Steve the landscape consultant, to the crew and project manager Kalin, the MPS company is well managed and pleasant to do business with. In July, 2024, I hired MPS Property Services for my landscaping needs. This exercise involved both front and backyard resodding, supplying and installing plant material and also a new interlocking patio. Toby and crew were excellent; very professional, hardworking and efficient. Everyone on site was punctual, and ensured the work areas were kept clean and organized. The quality of product and workmanship provided was superb. Earlier this month, I had the pleasure of meeting John Hellema, one of MPS's several landscapers. He visited my home to specifically address two queries. He assessed my stone patio and advised me on the pros and cons of using a sealant. Regarding my front lawn, he explained why grass struggles to grow - the very tall blue spruce casts deep shade and drops needles that acidify the soil. To rectify this issue, he laid very good quality triple-mix soil, carefully spread turf seed, and provided clear guidance on daily light watering for the next three months to ensure successful growth. John Hellema is realistic, professional, insightful, and thorough. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, having started his career approximately three decades ago, and it shows in the care and precision he brings to his work. His employer should know he is a sterling employee - diligent, skilled, and highly dependable. I feel confident following his advice and highly recommend him for anyone seeking expertise and trustworthy landscaping care.

We recently had our landscape construction project completed and are absolutely thrilled with our new outdoor spaces!!! Wow! Where do I begin? Every part of the finished project is beautiful! (We got our backyard, side walkway, front yard, part of the driveway and porch completely redone with interlock, natural stone steps, armour stone, plants, trees, river rock, grass, etc.) From our initial meeting with Dave to discuss the design plan and throughout the project, the entire process went smoothly. To begin with, we are most grateful to the amazing crew (Tobin and Dylan) who were always courteous, respectful, punctual, reliable and hard working. Life has been challenging enough with Covid19, so we appreciated that we could count on them to show up on time every single day and remain focused on the work even when some days were crazy hot! They were always very careful with their measurements and ensured everything was level and completed as per the landscape design plan. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the quality of the workmanship. For example, all of the armour stones were cut beautifully to blend into the landscape design, our side walkway patio slabs were evenly spaced apart, all of the stone steps were level and centred, the trees and shrubs were planted perfectly straight, etc. At the end of the day, they always left everything extremely tidy and organized so it was ready for the next day. We have received many compliments from neighbours about the crew and finished project. In addition, we appreciated that Dave, Kalin and Tobin were always willing to patiently listen to and answer any questions we had throughout the process. Let me end by emphasizing how happy and impressed my husband Shawn and I are with the finished project. We live in a condo/townhome complex and after the last snowfall we were completely blocked in until Gary arrived on the scene. He was incredibly efficient, kind and genuinely helpful.
