Aug 2023 update: The weight of the gate slightly pulled one of the posts out of alignment. This caused the latching mechanisms to not quite work. Jason and his team came back and proposed various solutions. We ultimately went with a jack mechanism to counter the gate's weight. His team also replaced the latches with larger, more robust versions. This involved welding and painting to blend in. We are quite confident the issue has been resolved. It was nice to see that Jason wanted to guarantee the quality of his past projects and make sure everything was perfect.
