David arrived on time to give the estimate and explained in great detail everything they would be trimming and the process they would use for taking out all the dead and greenery "weight" in all areas where needed. He knew all of the laws regarding code enforcement for distance from sidewalk and road. He had a laser pointer so that I could see exactly what branches he was talking about and everything was extremely clear. He has an amazingly kind and thoughtful disposition and I was extremely confident in his knowledge and capabilities. My trees are quite challenging because they are massive Live Oak trees. His team was incredible and never dropped a heavy branch on anything and cleaned up beautifully. They brought large thin boards so that they could cover any objects, plants or areas where there was something that couldn't be moved that might be vulnerable. They even blew off all of the leaves on my roof and garage. When finished, I have never seen my trees look so beautiful in all the years I've lived here.
