We had trouble deciding on the patio size and they suggested something a little smaller. We are so pleased they did. Their experience shone though in many ways. For example, they created a raised stone area between us and the street which provides an amazing feeling of seclusion when sitting in the patio. They obtained a gas heater which makes the space usable even on cold evenings. The connection between each side of the house is just beautiful, particularly towards the west. We really like the lamps they chose. The outdoor kitchen is very practical and functional. Unfortunately Boulder County was a pain to deal with - providing a permit and then deciding to retract it, delaying things for almost 6 weeks. The team dealt with all of that and just updated us on progress, while continuing with the foundation work. They cleaned up after each day of work. They met up each Friday afternoon to give us an update. They showed us samples so we could judge the colors correctly. Kenny was always available and his communication was proactive and respectful. We are absolutely thrilled with the transformation Nature's Way created for our back yard and our home. We use the space every day whereas before we never went 'out the back'.
