We are now 6 months past our pool going “live” and everything is in perfect order. We did have an issue w a piece of deck o drain coming loose (probably 3-4 months after project end). I contacted Scott, within a day or two he was on site to check it out and within a week the issue was rectified. No questions asked. This type of customer commitment and folllow up is probably as important as the construction. I would not hesitate to highly recommend PLAZ to anyone planning on or improving a pool.

Dawn and Randy are one heck of a combo I should steal these two and take them to one of our companies. I contacted Scott, within a day or two he was on site to check it out and within a week the issue was rectified. No questions asked. This type of customer commitment and folllow up is probably as important as the construction. I would not hesitate to highly recommend PLAZ to anyone planning on or improving a pool.
This started with a call to Jeff Eaton from my home in Florida. Told him what I wanted sent him some pics of Pools and that I was shopping companies, Caribbean Pools works with the builder but they were extremely off base on their pricing and the arrogance was enough for me to say you are not getting the job. From the first call to Jeff to our first meeting and all subsequent calls Jeff was fully capable of handling everything I asked. If I called I didn’t have to leave a message he promptly called me back when he was free. His pricing came in mid range but they came highly recommended by some friends whom are very picky as I am. So the deposit was given the plan put in motion for the pool. Dawn reached out to us and gave us timeline of payments and different timelines of the pool build, as we had prior knowledge from working with Jeff so no surprises. Honestly I didn’t click with Dawn much she was very demanding and very short with me on numerous occasions. However I now know why, this girl is a machine and her teams are machines they are as efficient as they come and Dawn is the driving force of keeping these teams on track. As things went along this company and the Foreman Randy were absolutely the most efficient teams I have been around in a long time. They are precision personified and the final product speaks for itself. Randy was prompt at answering phone calls and never waivered on what they were doing. Dawn and Randy are one heck of a combo I should steal these two and take them to one of our companies. I am attaching pictures to this review of the final product, flawless, precise, quality, perfection, I can go on and on, I have built 3 pools in my life and was not satisfied with any until now. This company and it’s teams took great pride in this job and it shows. We were not home for almost the entire build but they kept us updated with Pics along the way (thanks Randy). They worked with our schedule to accommodate our busy lifestyle and in the end just PERFECTION AT IT’S FINEST. Can’t leave out the owner I had one call with him and even he was impressive. We have one unfinished item with the lighting with the landscape but I know Randy will get it handled for us. I am a perfectionist and very hard to please, THIS COMPANY KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK. The job was so efficient even our neighbors chose this company and the one that didn’t regretted his choice especially since both houses surrounding him have Pool and Landscape Az pools. Great job, great company, great teams, Dawn is great and all business, Randy will get it done and you won’t find a better Pool Sales person out there than Jeff Eaton, the rendering he did and the final result speak for themselves absolutely stunning.
We had a very good to exceptional experience overall with Pool & Landscape AZ.
Our pool and landscape package was completed from dig to swim in less than 4 months. Completed July 2023.
David our initial contact and Sales consultant was informative and helpful with pricing and the design phase, Jason the owner would not hesitate to call and address concerns, Dawn who scheduled jobs was professional and prompt with a reply if needed.
While all of these people mentioned were great to deal with, the experience could not have been a 10 or a 5 star experience without the Project Manager Scott Brown. Scott was awesome to deal with from the beginning to this date and still keeps in touch regarding our pool and or landscape needs or concerns. We never felt out of the loop with the processes or progress of our build.

We are first time home owners and this was our first pool project, we called 3 pool companies and knew right away when Matt arrived this is who we where going with. Matt was amazing to work with and even came out on the weekend to finish details with us before signing the contract.
Understanding the current COVID situation timing of the phases of the project seemed like forever and should have been managed a little better but working with Gus our superintendent was awesome as well. He always took the time to answer, call back or send a message letting us know what was going on.
I am very pleased with the outcome of our project and glad we chose Pool and Landscape AZ.
Would be 5 stars but in my opinion theres always room for improvement.
Tim, thank you for your response. There are some things left unfinished and I keep getting the run around from your team. We are not finished and my equipment is not operating properly and it's been going for over 6 weeks with "I'll be out next week". I would like to speak with someone who can help me get this closed out properly.
