I dealt with Carina at Seaway Pools in Newmarket. She sent out a service rep who fixed my Beachcomber hot tub. My hot tub was still under warranty so my hot tub was fixed without any charges to me. Thank you Seaway Pools.

I recently had a pool installed by Seaway Pools, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial consultation to the installation, they were professional, attentive, and truly understood my needs and budget. Unlike some other companies, they didn't try to oversell me on features I didn't need. I also rely on Seaway to open and close my pool, and I have to give a special shoutout to Wendy at the Markham office. She always keeps me informed about seasonal sales and promotions, which has been incredibly helpful. Their ongoing maintenance service is top-notch too. I get my water tested weekly, and they do an excellent job helping me regulate the chemistry. Whenever I visit the store for assistance, I never have to wait long, and the staff is always friendly and kind. They never pressure me into buying products I don't need and always provide exactly what my pool requires. Overall, I highly recommend Seaway Pools for their exceptional service and expertise. They've made owning a pool a breeze!

I came in to seek help with what I nicknamed "The Hulk" as my green beast of a pool wouldn't budge for almost 2 weeks. The previous company wouldn't own their errors in closing and opening the pool properly, so I took my chances with Seaway. Wendy took on the challenge, constantly kept in touch, giving advice, providing the right steps to the end. Along with her wonderful staff, she got me and my family in the pool in a week, as promised. Deservingly so, I'm keeping my promise with a 5-star review along with earning my business going forward. Well done Wendy & Seaway team!
