Working with STILE has been an incredible experience for our family. When our ensuite shower began leaking, we immediately stopped using it and met with STILE to discuss a total ensuite renovation. Elise & the team came to our home on multiple occasions to take a look at the situation. Together, we decided on a design that woud be more functional (e.g. moving a sink further away from the door) for our family. We then met to look at samples (e.g. tiles, counter, hardware, etc.) and a vision board. Construction began promptly and continued as scheduled! Everyone on the STILE team is personable, kind and easy to get along with. Unlike other companies we have worked with, the STILE team also ensured that all other areas of our home (e.g. stairs, walls, etc.) were protected and that it looked exactly as it did before they came. We appreciated this attention to detail and care for our home very much. They treated our home as if it were theirs. In the end, STILE transformed our bathroom according to plan and with consistent communication throughout the process. We could not be happier with how our ensuite turned out! Thank you, Nathan, Elise, Jeremy, Wes, James and everyone on the team for such a great experience! I would also like to personally thank Elise for her patience and guidance throughout my many indecisive moments! :) Now, if we can just get the kids out of our bathroom and back to their own tub!

My husband and I worked with STILE Design Services on a kitchen renovation project, starting with an idea we had. We wanted to renovate our kitchen, but didn't know how to build the new one. Elise was incredibly supportive, offering expert advice while respecting our original vision. I had my kitchen redone, windows replaced, hardwood floors replaced, interior painting and internal electrical, plumbing and small structural work done. All the staff at Stile are wonderful and were a pleasure to have in my home. They were very attentive, timely and kind and Elise did amazing design work, installation went in without a hitch. Additionally, there were a few surprises that came up from past fixes that the previous owner of my house had done, those issues were looked after in their entirety and that was greatly appreciated. A year later we are still very happy with the quality of product and workmanship. We are an active family and the kitchen in particular is well used, the durability of the reno is defiantly showing :)
