Came in today to grab some lumber and get it cut and Rambo in the lumber department gave me the best customer service I’ve had in a long time at a hardware store. Very friendly and equally important knowledgeable. Keep up the great work. Much appreciated guys.

Update 12/28/2025 again no one to cut wood make sure to bring your own saw and just cut in parking lot. Whoever is responsible for hiring should not longer be employed. Horribly managed, needed to get a piece of wood cut wondered around looking for some help, found a group of 4 guys goofing around on a forklift asked to get 1 board cut and they said someone was on their way 20 minutes later no one showed walked to front again to ask new girl says someone is on their way another 10 minutes just gave up. Very unhelpful store staff.

As a roofer in demand—I’m usually hitting up this Home Depot as early as possible when I need supplies for my projects near-by. The Pro Desk crew actually knows their stuff and doesn't move at a snail's pace, which is huge when I'm trying to get back on the road asap. Inventory is usually pretty solid too...these guys stay on top of it way better than most. The loading area is actually manageable and the staff doesn't mind helping out with the forklift when you've got a big order. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience in the plumbing section thanks to Danny. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand my issue and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Outstanding customer service—Home Depot is lucky to have him!

I'd like to recognize Danny in plumbing. I met him yesterday, while trying to find a special carrier for a wall mounted sink. Hd didn't have it but he told me about a place in town that did. Today, I stopped in for primer, sand paper and some cleaner. I ran into Danny and thanked him. I told him what I was needing today and he walked me directly to each item. I run a few jobs jobs around Los Angeles and Glendale. I prefer going to the Glendale store because of Danny and the rest of the awesome staff!

Absolutely transformed our backyard. Professional, on time, and the results were beyond what we imagined. Highly recommend!

They took our overgrown lawn and turned it into something we're genuinely proud of. Fast, clean, and very reasonably priced.
