Toronto’s Thoughtful Garden Designers

Loved working with Rebecca and her team. She did a great job of remaking our front yard. Would definitely recommend her without hesitation.

When I bought my small place in the Annex, there wasn’t much space to put a garden. Most of the back yard was taken up by a parking spot and the front was a huge tree with nothing growing. Using a few small plants such as a mini Japanese maple (so cute), and different kinds of evergreens she created a kind of Chinese garden for us in the backyard with granite boulders and black pebbles. I really appreciated her understanding something of Chinese traditional gardens. In the front, we did ferns, hostas and etc. etc. It’s a pretty easy low maintenance garden and we’re so glad we hired her and her team.

We hired Rebecca and her team to tame our very wild backyard, which was overgrown with weeds and basically had no interesting design whatsoever. Her crew did an amazing job of turning our unused backyard jungle into an incredible oasis and living space over the course of two weeks with minimal disturbance to our lives or our neighbours. We use it a LOT more than we used to, and our friends are always complementing us on how it makes our whole property look better. We have found a new love for nature, watching the huge variety of plants sprout, bloom and change color in the fall. The best thing is that we have a striking garden without lifting a finger. The crew comes around monthly to do what is needed, taking a proactive approach to watering plants when they are dry, dealing with bugs etc. Our only regret is not tackling our shambolic yard sooner!
