iI need to amend my review and write an update. I thought that TruGreen wasn’t listening, within 24 hours of posting the review. Nolan the manager of my local office called me and cleared everything up. He let me know he had no idea about my concerns and fixed them. The weeds have been addressed and the trees are treated. We also put in a plan for future lawn care. The promises made in February were upheld. That is why I am raising my review from 1 star to 3.5. Thank you Nolan and the wonderful technician you sent out today to fix the problems. 8I am a homeowner in Broomfield and decided to prepay for a year’s service in February. During the call I told the representative the size of my yard and that about half of it was rocks. I was informed that TruGreen would handle it he even pulled it up and we talked about the sections. “I won’t have to worry your yard will look great”. I also asked about treatment of trees. He informed me that it was too early but would be contacted in early spring. 1. My yard has tons of weeds in it 2. My rocks have tons of weeds in them and 3 My ash tree is infested and I need to take it down or pay for treatment the rest of life. May I had to call and remind them to service my yard. Late June a representative named Anthony informed me of the infestation and now my choices are pay for treatment or cut them down. I asked Anthony why I should give TruGreen more money when they have not delivered on the services I paid for? Anthony did not respond. I wouldn’t be NEVER NEVER USE Tru Green. I cancelled my service with TruGreen over a year ago. I had no balance yet they still sent someone to do service. I told the service tech no but they still preformed a service. The corporation called me and told me they took off all the charges from our bill. Now they are calling me at 6:30am saying I have a bill. This is ridiculous! What an awful way to run a company. Get your information straight TRU Green you guys didn’t even keep my lawn weed free and now you are hassling me about services that never should have been preformed What a joke. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY so annoyed except I was told one thing and given something else. I feel like an ATM for TruGreen who have not delivered on the services promised. It bums me out to have high expectations and have what was promised be no where near reality. Bummed out in Broomfield.

Ahhh!!!! What a great experience today was! Who would’ve thought an interaction with our lawn specialist would illicit such joy! Our specialist, Donnie D., was professional, thoughtful, and responsive to our questions and needs. What was most valuable to us was his kindness. He knew we have a dog and he accommodated by putting down “pet friendlier lawn fertilizer” (granulars) He is the epitome of exceptional customer service. What a blessing to have such a joyful person care for our home’s lawn (and us!) as he did. Truly a great experience. (Thank you Donnie! God bless you, Sir!!) Thank you for allowing us to share our review and for your time in reading this.

We have had a tech by the name of Ian, in the Arvada/Denver area that kept us from switching to a different company. Hopefully he sticks around! Thank you, Ian!

I like the new target date for service and reschedule options, it gave me enough heads up and allowed me to move lawn treatment prior to irrigation shutoff. The weed killer, aeration and over seed did very well over this summer and the end of last summer- killed the tough weeds Scott’s couldn’t.

I would not recommend TruGreen. They came out, applied some stuff to my lawn, and burned it up. I called them, showed them pictures of my lawn, and they admitted the 'lawn care specialist' striped my lawn. They also said they would send someone over to amend the soil and reseed the striped areas where they killed the grass. They never showed up. I kept calling them as to when they would fix my lawn, never got an answer and they never showed up. Thankfully, I got my money back. Now, I'll just fix my own lawn. Thanks for nothing TruGreen. I'm certain you are sorry and you’ll reach out after reading this review but an apology doesn't fix my lawn after you burned it up. Ack!

Absolutely transformed our backyard. Professional, on time, and the results were beyond what we imagined. Highly recommend!

They took our overgrown lawn and turned it into something we're genuinely proud of. Fast, clean, and very reasonably priced.

Best landscaping company I've worked with. Showed up when they said, finished ahead of schedule, and the yard looks incredible.

Great communication from first call to final clean-up. Our neighbors keep asking who did our yard — we tell everyone!

Completely redid our front lawn before we listed our home. Agent said it added significant value. Worth every penny.
