I visited the TurfHub showroom in Chandler (which is beautiful, by the way) and was treated with the most amazing customer service experience! Isabel greeted me with a friendly smile and treated me like family. She was very kind and professional, answered all my questions, went over various turf options and prices, and provided me with some samples to take home to help aid me in making my final decision on which turf product to choose. Had turf provided by turf hub installed 6 years ago and experienced some discoloration in an area of my back yard. Spoke to the GM at the store and he immediately referred the claim to his warranty department who visited to review the discoloration within the week. He made some specific cleaning recommendations (which I followed) that unfortunately did not resolve the discoloration. Turf hub then advised they would honor the warranty and provided new turf to completely replace the entire back yard turf. Overall a very fair result and great customer service with great communication. I highly recommend this company for procuring turf. Top notch customer service; honors their warranty and delivers.
