I installed sod from Wintermere about 5 years ago, I have used their top soil, Kentucky blue grass seed and fertilizer schedule since then and I am so happy with the results. I aerated once 2 years ago. The staff are the best, my wife thinks I call them more than I call her, and they have always been so knowledgeable and helpful about timings for seeding and fertilizing. They are in tune with weather forecasts and how the grass will respond. The best.
